Just listened to the first 3 podcast and found them really interesting. I will be more observant of my thinking from now on.

Great listening here – thanks! I am a Physiotherapist (Clinician and Academic) and have recently been directed to your blog by a GP that I treat. Although your focus is on Internal Medicine I am very much enjoying the content and it is very relevant to the clinical decision making that is used by Physiotherapists.
